Hi, I’m Dr Suzi Chen, an impact investor, project management consultant, published author and most importantly, a self-leadership advocate.
Life can be full of surprises, challenges, and opportunities.
My own career journey has seen plenty of colourful twists and turns. It’s taken me from an early career in medical research to a business owner offering consulting and advisory services. Along the way I’ve hosted two international summits at the United Nations, joined the boards of numerous companies, discovered a passion for mentoring young professionals, and founded two initiatives that have enriched my soul: Resilient Leadership Academy and Mighty Impression.
Instead of fearing change, I’ve learned to embrace it. Through self-leadership, I’ve discovered how to navigate challenges and opportunities, and I am excited about the endless possibilities that my career and life have to offer.
